 Alan Jackson was born in Liverpool,
UK, a long, long, time ago. He dropped out of school at age 16; sold his record collection
to buy a motorcycle and promptly became an itinerant biker. To his own, and everyone
else’s, surprise he survived long enough to meet and marry his wife of many years.Along the way he's collected degrees in System's Behaviour, Psychology, and a
Masters in Business Administration.
Alan has recently published his first collection of short stories
entitled Armageddon to Zen, and also has stories placed in Slingink magazine
(Spring 2006), Eurofiction Volume 1 anthology, and Secret Attic’s July
2005 competition anthology. He is also in editions 192 an 193 of Bewildering Stories
Magazine (April 2006).
He’s an active member of the writer’s forum The Write Idea and Slingink.
